Turkey urged the EU to determine the date of introduction of a visa-free regime, otherwise Ankara refuses to fulfill its obligations under the migration accords with Brussels. This was stated by the Turkish Minister for EU Affairs ömer çelik.
A recent report by the European Commission on the implementation by Turkey of the conditions for cancellation of visas are two points, to which Ankara will take more time, and five items that need to be done in the near future.
Among these conditions is the change of anti-terrorism legislation, which is challenging the Turkish authorities.
As çelik said, adding Turkey changes in the anti-terrorism law, insists Brussels will jeopardize their own security in Europe.
