After one concert in London singer Tina Karol decided to open a centre of the Ukrainian Diaspora in the UK.
May 9, the singer presented the Centre of the Ukrainian community in London, where they will now gather all who misses home.
A new place where now able to gather Ukrainians settled in the town of Derby near London. The discovery was made possible thanks to the combined donations of the singer and the local Ukrainians. The representatives of Ukrainian patriotism was very impressed by Carol during her solo concert in London, when several thousand British fans with her a Cappella sang the anthem of Ukraine. Then Tina could not resist, and in gratitude for such love of his homeland, stood before the audience on his knees.
Now the singer spends a lot of time in the British capital, writes there his next album, and therefore could not come for the Easter holidays to visit the local Ukrainian community. The singer already knew about the difficulties they face as they closely follow all the news as preserve national traditions, and even pray in the Ukrainian language. At the Grand opening of center Tina Karol arrived not alone – he brought his son Benjamin. He was a year ago, venu was the Sexton, and at the opening in Derby served the Holy father during the service.
Representatives of the Diaspora were moved also a unique gift of the singer – Tina Karol presented to the Centre of the historic mount Athos icon of the mother of God of perpetual help”.

Note, June 1 will mark two years of its Charitable trust, which bought the necessary medical equipment in 27 cities of Ukraine for children’s cancer hospitals. The Fund does not collect funds of others, and exists only on donations from the artist. All their fees for recitals Tina Karol gives to the Fund.
Today Ukrainian singer returned to Ukraine to start preparations for the first live broadcast of the musical show “the Voice”.
