The U.S. opened a new front against the “Islamic state”, for the first time with the objective of cybernetic command of the USA to attack computer networks of terrorists.
Until recently, U.S. cyber command specialized mainly on the threats that emanate from China, Russia, Iran and North Korea.
The publication reports that the use of cyber weapons against ISIS will be discussed at the meeting of the leaders of the United States, Germany, France and Italy in Hanover on 25 April.
Through the use of cyber weapons the United States intends to undermine the capabilities of the “Islamic state” to recruit new supporters, communications between the commanders and fighters, and to carry out daily functions, such as cash payments to terrorists.
“We reset cyberbaby. We’ve never done this before,” – said the Deputy Minister of defence of the USA Robert Wark.
The newspaper’s sources report that the United States began its cyberwaste against ISIS with the introduction into computer networks of the Islamists with the purpose of studying the habits of the leaders of the militants. But at this stage it is planned on their behalf to give orders to fighters to go in those areas that are most vulnerable to attacks by American drones or the local armed forces.
