The model is built on a new platform MQB A0. Due to this, the Polo cabin will be much roomier. The car will get shorter overhangs front and rear and a longer wheelbase. Also the car will be equipped with new wheels in the style of the Golf GTI and the exhaust system with two tailpipes.
The driver will be available a new infotainment system with a large touchscreen and support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is not excluded that the top model will complement the fully digital instrument panel.
In the engine range of the new items will include a 1.0-litre petrol engine with three cylinders. The power of the motor will be about 80 horsepower. Will also be accessible version of this unit with a capacity of 100 and 115 horsepower. Customers will be offered a 1.5-liter unit with recoil 140 and 160 horsepower. Among the diesel units – 90-, 110 – and 130-horsepower engines. The motors will work in conjunction with five – and six-speed manual transmission.
