One of two suicide bombers blowing up themselves in on March 22 at the airport of Brussels, worked a few years ago as a janitor in the European Parliament. It is reported by the Agency Belga.
Najim, Sahrawi, as a student, in the summer of 2009 and 2010 were working in a clearing company, ensuring cleanliness of the premises in the European Parliament. At that moment he was no attracted attention of law enforcement (lack of criminal history was one of the conditions of accepting the job). The guards got interested in them after in 2013 he went to fight in Syria on the side of the terrorist group “Islamic state”.
Sahrawi is suspected of making “suicide belts” that were used during the terrorist attacks in Paris on 13 November 2015, when killed 130 people. His fingerprints were found on parts of the bombs, triggered in the concert hall “Bataclan” and the stadium “Stade de France”, and in one of the Brussels apartments. It is assumed that it was there that he gathered the “suicide belt” that was used during the terrorist attacks in the Belgian capital.
On the morning of 22 March, two explosions have thundered at the airport of Brussels Zaventem, then one at the metro station “Malbec” in evrokvartira. As a result of attacks killed 35 people, more than 340 were injured.
