Many of the symptoms of cancer can be confused with symptoms of other diseases, so they are often ignored.
According to statistics 1 out of 3 women go to the doctor when it has suspicions in Oncology. Consequently, many women arrive at the first examination to the doctor with a running disease, when the cancer may be incurable. Therefore, it is important to know cancer symptoms, and immediately seek assistance to cure the disease at an early stage.
1. Uterine bleeding during menopause
It is not uncommon for women to observe of bleeding even after menopause. But if I start my period again, this may be an early sign of uterine cancer. Good news: 88% of women diagnosed with cervical cancer at stage 1 are cured completely. Do not ignore the symptoms and do not hesitate to pass inspection at the gynecologist regularly – it could save your life.
2. Change the color of the chest, seal
If you have a lump in my breast or the color of the chest as something changed, but then returned to the original look, that’s not a reason to sound the alarm. But if the condition lasts more than a week, it can be an indirect sign of breast cancer. If you notice that the skin of the breast is lumpy, there was swelling of the nipples, there was a sensitivity or slight discoloration of the skin, it can be a cause for concern.
3. Bloating
Almost every woman complains of bloating, especially at this time of the month. But if you notice that the swelling does not disappear after the cycle, it can be a symptom of ovarian cancer or uterine cancer. If the condition lasts several weeks and does not pass, it is time to go to the hospital.
4. Abnormal periods or pain in the pelvic region
Irregular periods are not uncommon for women. But if your cycle suddenly becomes too painful for months, or start bleeding between periods, it’s time to go to the doctor. Other symptoms is severe pain in the pelvic region. Ask the doctor to conduct a transvaginal ultrasound to check for uterine, ovarian, or other vaginal abnormalities.
5. Chronic cough
Everyone can catch a cold and then the coughing is normal. But if your cough lasts more than three weeks, and you don’t notice other symptoms that usually accompany the common cold, it can be an early symptom of lung cancer. Leukemia can also cause similar symptoms. Even if you have a cold-related cough, you need to consult with your doctor.
Cancer in any form is a serious disease. And survival after cancer is catastrophic low. Do not ignore the symptoms of the disease, and be healthy.
