Gubernators of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh detained when receiving a package with a bottle of wine and 150 thousand euros, reported RIA Novosti a source close to the investigation.
“On Friday [24 June] White received from Yuri Sudheimer package, which was 150 thousand euros and a bottle of wine. In his testimony, the official confirmed that took the package. This is the third tranche,” — said the Agency interlocutor. According to him, the first part of a bribe (200 thousand Euro) Kirov Governor has received in may 2014 from albert Urickogo, a former member of the Board of Directors “Novovyatskiy ski plant (NLC).
The source added that later he was transferred to another 50 thousand euros.
Interlocutor RIA Novosti also reported that the first tranche was told by the co-owner of NLK and “Forest management company” the citizen of Germany Yury Sudheimer giving testimony before the operational experiment. Sudheimer argued that the money the head of the Kirov region requested “for protection”.
As writes TASS, citing local media, Lariccia was not only a member of the Board of Directors of NLK, but his actual head. The businessman, who, according to “Moskovsky Komsomolets”, called a close friend of White, is now in Lefortovo prison (as does White). Urickogo, a citizen of Belarus, was detained in Moscow last summer, he was charged with fraud in especially large size.
The head of the Kirov region, was detained on Friday, June 24, at one of the restaurants of Moscow at reception of a bribe as a result of operational experiment (labeled with a special solution of denominations 100 euros were transferred to the Whites under the control of the investigators). According to investigators, the money he was given for actions in favor of the briber and controlled by the last “Novovyatskiy ski factory” and “Forest management company”. The Governor was charged with receiving a bribe in especially large size (estimated at 400 thousand euros, or 29 million).
