In Russia, the son of the Deputy of the Duma of Ust-Kut district (Irkutsk region) staged a shooting at the school, reports FlashSiberia, citing a source in local law enforcement.

The incident happened Thursday, November 10. It is reported that a 10th grade student opened fire from a traumatic gun on a group of seventh graders. As a result, suffered three, one of the victims were scalped head wound.
