According to the Director of real estate Agency “ASKA” in Sochi Dmitry Salamatin, the economic crisis has had negative effects on the Sochi market of real estate. He noted that in 2016 the demand in this market may grow by about 15%.
Currently the demand for Sochi real estate is stable. Salamatin noticed that the Sochi market of this format is really attractive for savings. He also drew attention to the fact that the increase in 2014 compared to the previous 30%, and in 2015 has increased by 10%.
The share of demand for new houses now is more than 70%. The cheapest option is estimated to reach one million rubles. At the same time, the secondary housing covers almost 30% of the market. However, an apartment in a good condition can be purchased for the amount of 1.2 million rubles. Salamatin said that only 20-30% of all properties sold in a mortgage.
