The alarming situation in nine regions: Novgorod (161%), Leningrad (153%), Volgograd (75%), Moscow (72%), Vladimir region (38%), Jewish Autonomous region (27%), Nenets Autonomous district (23%), Kursk (21%) and Vologda (15%).

Decreased mortality at home in six regions – Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district (41.7 per cent), Tyva Republic (35,7%), Buryatia (32,9%), Chechnya (18.2 per cent), Kabardino-Balkar Republic (17.5%) and Ulyanovsk region (16.2 per cent).

The Fund’s experts noted that increasingly, houses are dying Russians of working age. In 2014, this category consists of 153 thousand people who did not live to pension, and in 2015, GDP grew by 4.5% and amounted to 160 thousand.

In Petersburg the death rate among employable population increased 51 – fold to five thousand people. This is followed by Moscow (252%), Novgorod oblast (139%), Volgograd oblast (118%), Kursk oblast (108%) and the Nenets Autonomous district (100%).

One of the main causes of these deaths is myocardial infarction, he began to die 18.1% more often. According to Fund “Health”, it says the late detection of patients with cardiovascular diseases and problems with their hospitalization.

The Director of the Foundation “Health” Eduard Gavrilov believes that such a large change in overall mortality at home can be attributed to natural causes, but a change in methods of accounting of deaths.

The health Ministry confirmed that last year was introduced weekly monitoring of the regions and now Federal officials travel to places and participate together with regional counterparts in the calculation of the basic indicators of mortality.

The Ministry added that the mortality rate in Russia from all causes in 2015 fell by 0.3% and amounted to 13 people per thousand population. This figure surprised the President of the League of defenders of patients Alexander Saversky, who recalled that the mortality rate is growing not only at home but also in hospitals. “This can not be mathematically. The Ministry of health have come to this, I don’t understand,” he said.
