The average cost per square meter in new buildings of New Moscow by June 2016 amounted to 88 thousand rubles, down for the month by 2.5 percent. While in the Novomoskovsky administrative district meter fell 5 percent, while in the Trinity — rose nearly 1 percent, said in a research report prepared by the company “NDV-real Estate”.
Experts of the company explain decrease in the average cost of “square” in new buildings located in the territory of the annexed territories, the release of new volumes of the proposal at the initial stage of construction, as well as the “washout” of apartments of the small area where the meter is traditionally more expensive.
According to “NDV”, by the summer of 2016, the volume of supply of new buildings in New Moscow decreased by 1.3% relative to April 2016.
According to the plans of the city authorities, to 2035 in the new Moscow districts will be constructed of 52 million square meters of residential real estate. During this time in the development of the annexed territories will invest about 7 trillion rubles.
