OSCE observers, which are based on the Russian border crossings Gukovo and Donetsk in Rostov region, recorded a funeral van with a sign 200 on the Ukrainian-Russian border.
This is stated in the weekly report of the mission from October 26 to November 1, 2016.
In particular, observers 27 October at 15:00 at the border checkpoint Gukovo saw a van with Russian license plates crossed the border from Ukraine to the Russian Federation.
“The van from both sides had the inscription in Russian Funeral and on the windshield on the A4 paper was a sign 200. The observation mission was not able to figure out the van carrying the coffin or not,” – said in the message.
Last time the OSCE noticed the carriage of”cargo 200″ to Russia on 5 September.
