The freedom party wants to remove sanctions against Russia.
In the Netherlands started to develop a project of a referendum on leaving the EU by analogy with Brexit. This was announced by the leader of the freedom Party, working on the project, Geert Wilders in an interview with Izvestia.
He noted that in the case of the EU the Hague intends to establish relations with Moscow, first and foremost, to lift sanctions against Russia.
“The events of recent months have shown that we should rather solve the issue with a referendum on EU membership. Brussels should not dictate with whom we have economic and political relations”, – said the leader of the third political force in the Netherlands.
The politician also criticized the acting in the European Union the principle of supremacy of EU law over the national legal system.
“Brussels makes a decision based only on their interests, not listening to the people, and the EU is an expansionist monster, which is occupied territorial seizure and theft of our social system, identity and democracy,” said Wilders.
According to the leader of the freedom Party, the only way to change the current situation – out of the EU.
The party expects to Nexit in the near future, before the parliamentary elections to be held in March 2017.
