Verzasca is a 30-kilometer mountain river that is located in the eponymous valley in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland – Ticino.
It originates on top of a mountain with a height of 2864 metres, then the path lies to the South, through the picturesque valley where the river flows into the Maggiore – mountain lake between Switzerland and Italy.
