Russia has no shortage of money. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Duma budget Committee Andrey Makarov during the forum “United Russia”, RBC reports.
“The main idea is: we have money like dirt. Just to dispose of them effectively we can’t always,” he said. Prior to that, Makarov was asked the question about the possibility of running a printing press.
The author of the question suggested that this topic during the elections to the state Duma will exploit opponents. “The main prescription [opponents] — let’s publish and all will be good live, but how much a loaf of bread would cost in the store, not telling anybody,” protested Makarov
. He stressed that at all levels of government need to fight for effective use of Finance.
Note that the budget deficit of the Russian Federation for January-February, according to the Finance Ministry, amounted to 112,7 billion rubles or 0.9% of GDP.
