The government now forms the draft budget for 3 years: 2017-2019. And here Medvedev said at the meeting that the calculations are made on the basis that oil will cost $40 per barrel of Urals oil, and the sanctions will remain during the entire period.
That is all three years – 2017, 2018, 2019.
The lifting of sanctions, too, no one is waiting, the authorities don’t expect to.
At the same time Medvedev said that any new financial resources, Russia has not appeared.
But social obligations to the citizens of Russia to perform – and they seem even to be executed.
And the Prime Minister promised fiscal stability:
– In the framework of tax policy, we should ensure the stability of the entire system, increasing its attractiveness to investors. That is why we have refused a number of proposals that this stability was changed.
You know what’s interesting? It turns out, the money is there!
The public panics, scares each other the catastrophic predictions, and the government set aside a budget low price of oil, considers the sanctions – and talk about fulfilling our social obligations and maintaining tax regime.
Sure, the money is there.
We can’t assume that sitting in the Kremlin, the suicide club or the knaves that plan costs just not going to make ends meet?
So they know what to do. So the money is there. But how?
