One of the largest tour operator of the Peninsula Krymtur put up for sale the network of tourist-recreational and hotel complexes within the structure of the company. This writes REGNUM.

In particular, the owner estimated tosk Primorye in Koktebel 2.8 billion rubles, the CURRENT lighthouse in Feodosiya – 0.35 bln, and the CURRENT Golden Beach there – 0.77 billion rubles, the CURRENT Chaika and the CURRENT Rise in Alushta – by 1,05 billion rubles, the CURRENT Horizon in Sudak – 1.4 billion rubles and two of the hotel complex Tavria Simferopol and the Crimea in Sevastopol is estimated at 1.4 billion rubles each. Thus, the total amount from the sale should be 10,22 billion rubles.

As explained in the company, they are going to sell only one object in order to raise money to repair the other.

“As soon as one of our proposals will respond to the potential acquirer and an agreement will be reached, we will remove the remaining proposals,” – said the head of the Department of property management Krymtur Vera Korchilava.

According to her, to take this step the company forced because of problems in the banking system of the Peninsula.

“We don’t even try in today’s environment to borrow, to avoid problems in the future. One option is sell one of our properties. If in the future the necessary banking procedures and mechanisms will be developed, we may decide to take out a loan and not sell the property,” she said.

In addition to the above 8 branches Krymtur, a contact person who is responsible for the sale of these eight branches, also offers to buy three more objects: recreation complex Evpatoria, hostel World in Alushta and Palace in Yalta.

Vladeltsem Krymtur is Evgeniy Mikhailov, former first Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, and nowadays the Deputy of the Crimean Parliament from United Russia.
