Mozzarella earlier in the Crimea was carried out. However, last summer it was reported that the Association “Bravo Italia!”, dedicated to the promotion of products of the Campania region – the birthplace of mozzarella, will help to deliver in Sevastopol the equipment for manufacture of cheese.

Initially it is planned to produce the mozzarella cheese from cow’s and goat’s milk of local production, but with the construction of the farm and Buffalo from water Buffalo milk. Real mozzarella cheese , at home product, is produced only from milk of black Buffalo.
