The Italian Supreme court allowed to masturbate in public places
The highest judicial authority of Italy has allowed the citizens of this country to get to the public other organs – reproductive. This decision was a result of the review of the case, in which an elderly man was sentenced to 3 months in prison, reports The Independent.
According to the decision of the Supreme court of Italy, even a deliberate demonstration of genitals to be seen by the audience is not in itself a crime.

such actions cannot be considered illegal, because last year the Parliament adopted the law laws on decriminalization of Masturbation in public places girls.
The reason for the consideration of the Supreme court of this issue was the case against 69-year-old Pietro L., who pulled out his penis and was masturbating, looking at students of the local University of Catania.
The regional court found these actions are worthy of the penalty of 3 months imprisonment and a fine in the amount of 3420 Euro.
Now, according to the decision of the court of Cassation, the case will be sent for review and the retiree will only have to pay a fine of 5,000 to 30,000 euros.
