Chubakov created on the website Change.org a petition to the President, Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Herman Gref and Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina. In it, he asks to check the activities of the savings Bank.
“I demand to conduct a full audit of the financial and other activities of the organization with the involvement of the Prosecutor’s office and other regulatory bodies in order to give legal assessment of the actions of the organization, as well as possible violations of the rights and freedoms of citizens using the services of the organization,” — said in the petition Chubakov.
