“SP”: — How real serious adjustment imposed on the public in the beginning of “zero years,” the bonded Labour code, its democratization?
— That’s about the democratization… Is a very democratic norm in this TC. Stating that the powers and obligations of the employer arise only when more than half of workers belong to trade unions. It would seem, “superdenomination”.

In the case of withdrawal from the Union the employee is obliged, first, to extinguish completely the credit, and, secondly, also to pay 15% calculation.

But then there is a need to draw up a collective agreement. Of course, all the talk about, for example, increasing wages is conducted with the caveat: “Only with the availability of funds in the enterprise.”
So the democratic norms in practice sometimes turns into its opposite. Hence another conclusion (and my colleagues insisted on it in 2001-2002): to dissolve a Union strike and a strike from collective.
If our proposals would then be taken, the employer would have to negotiate any labor dispute. So now the same seaside the miners there would be no need to starve to get your hard earned money.
