The managing Director of the International monetary Fund (IMF) Christine Lagarde said about the possible cessation of support for Ukraine.
“With no significant attempts to revive the state reform … it is difficult to assume whether the support programme of the IMF to continue and be successful,” she said in the message released by the IMF by e-mail.
It also stated its concern at the weak progress in the fight against corruption in Ukraine.
“I am concerned at the slow progress in improving governance and combating corruption in Ukraine”, — said Lagarde.
According to her, Ukraine risks again become a model of a disastrous economic policy, “as it was recently.”
