The Federal security service (FSB) has published a reference sample, in which the citizens cooperating with the secret service, will accrue seniority and, accordingly, pension. On the publication of the document on the Federal portal of projects of normative legal acts drew attention to the “Medusa”.
The order on the transfer of social services to the citizens who cooperate with the FSB under the contract “as a main occupation”, signed by the head of service Alexander Bortnikov.
To obtain such information, the citizen will need to write a statement on the FSB, with whom he collaborated, or is collaborating on the contract or the territorial safety authority at the place of residence (place of stay). After that, the FSB will send a certificate to the Pension Fund, while complying with the requirements of the secret proceedings.
Now the document is at the stage of public discussion. It will last until 9 August.
The draft order prepared in accordance with the Federal law “About operatively-search activity”. In July 2015, in a document made additions. In part 6 of article 18 States that the citizens that as the main work of cooperating with the secret service under the contract and are engaged in operational investigative activities are entitled to a pension in accordance with the law.
