According to the specialist, before the intake of alcohol it is best to eat low-fat protein dish, for example fish or fowl with a carbohydrate side dish — potatoes, rice, steamed vegetables.

Rice and boiled potatoes slow down the absorption of alcohol and are good adsorbents, that is partially the withdrawal of alcohol.

At the same time, fatty meats, fried, mayonnaise salads slow down the effects of alcohol, but these same products can become a huge strain on the body and jeopardize the pancreas and gallbladder.

Therefore, according to nutritionist, the combination of alcohol with fatty foods — not the best choice.
