The CPS advised to throw out the poisonous mushrooms

Роспотребнадзор посоветовал выбрасывать ядовитые грибы

The CPS has published guidelines for picking mushrooms and eating them for food. On Thursday, August 25, reports the Agency “Moscow” with reference to the press service of the Ministry.

In particular, to avoid poisoning, it is important to collect only the familiar types of mushrooms. “Dispose of all worm-eaten, over-Mature, lamellar mushrooms, mushrooms without legs, flabby mushrooms, edible and poisonous, if they still mistakenly collected”, — stated in the message.

It is recommended to collect mushrooms away from roads and settlements, cut them with a whole leg, to collect in a wicker basket — so they last longer fresh. They definitely need to be cooked on the day of collection, each species should be prepared separately.

Rospotrebnadzor experts do not advise eating mushrooms to children under 14 years, pregnant women and the elderly. “The hardest mushroom poisoning carry people with poor health and children. In children, yet the necessary amount of enzymes for their digestion,” — said the press service.
