Chertanovskaya court of Moscow rejected the claim of the inhabitant of the capital, demanding services with discounts from Groupon, iConn and Malina compensation in the amount of 18 million rubles for their obesity. On Monday, March 28, RIA Novosti reported the press Secretary of the court Olga Rozhkova.
“The court decided to reject the claim in full,” — said Rozhkov.
26-year-old Muscovite has filed a lawsuit against services discounts in January. The girl claimed that about five years I got coupons for food in restaurants and cafés, resulting in a strong stout. According to her, the coupons were not reported the calories and was not warning about “possible loss of control by the client”.
Muscovite noted that he had experienced “moral suffering” due to the fact that I gained weight. In addition, she had gone from a young man. “Now I need lots of money to visit a nutritionist and to carry out the procedure of liposuction”, — noted in the lawsuit.
