Earlier it was reported that the main competitor Lyft – Uber – ordered from Daimler 100 sedans Mercedes-Benz S-Class with the function of drone management.

It is expected that in the future, customers Lyft will be able to choose whether to order the car with a real driver or to use the services of the drone. In late April, Ford and Volvo, the Internet company Google, as well as companies Lyft and Uber have formed a group Self-Driving Coalition for Safer Streets, which will be engaged in lobbying of machines with Autonomous control systems. Partners will promote the idea of the use of drones among politicians, legislators, businessmen, local authorities and the public.
