“August 3, 2016, the Bank introduced restrictions on transactions with legal entities and physical persons”, — stated in the message.
It is noted that currently the Bank can only advise clients on balances in their accounts and to accept applications for the issuance of certificates. In addition, customers can terminate leases of safe Deposit boxes. Now available the results of deposits, money transfers to other banks, the opening and closing of accounts and other basic operations.
Earlier, the Central Bank banned “Constance-Bank” to carry out money transfers of more than $ 2 billion a month, open structural subdivisions, as well as binding to dosdat reserves for the four borrowers.
