CBR April 13, revoked the license of the banking in Moscow “Ocean Bank”. About it reports a press-service of the regulator.
“Ocean Bank” conducted high-risk lending policy connected with placement of funds into low-quality assets. In addition, the Bank failed to comply with the requirements of Bank of Russia regulations in the sphere of combating legalization (laundering) of income obtained by criminal means and financing of terrorism. The management and owners of the credit institution did not take effective measures on normalization of its activity”, — stated in the message.
In accordance with the order of the Bank of Russia in “Ocean Bank” appointed a temporary administration.
“Ocean Bank” is the participant of system of insurance of deposits. According to statements by total assets at the Bank 01.04.2016 457 took place in the banking system of the Russian Federation.
