Case of “Donbass militia” is the first of its kind in the UK.
“Benjamin Stimson, 41, from Oldham, greater Manchester, appeared before Westminster court for crimes under article 5 of the terrorism Act 2006”, – stated in the message.
Now the man is taken into custody until October 7 to appear before the Central criminal court, old Bailey.
The publication notes that Stimson is the first terrorism charges in Britain in connection with the conflict in Eastern Ukraine.
Stimson accused of committing a terrorist act and participation in preparations for implementation of such an intention and facilitating implementation of terrorist acts.
