Representatives of the British tour operator Thomas Cook Group said one of her clients that her dead husband had supposedly made a trip to Spain. Pauline Pritchard (Pritchard Pauline) call made by the firm monstrous mistake, writes The Daily Mail.

After learning about the bug in Thomas Cook apologized Pritchard. The woman said that the incident was a shock for her. According to the Brits, she and her husband used the services of the tour operator for 10 years and it have never been so humiliated.

Thomas Cook Group was founded in 1841. She became the first travel company in the world.
