The best exercises for relieving stress and fatigue

1. Under stress: the tree pose
How it works: balancing asanas such as this require full concentration, and it distracts from all disturbing thoughts.
How to obtain: become straight and bend your right leg, touching foot to the inner left thigh. Bring your hands at chest level, fingers up, hold for 3 breaths. Slowly raise your arms up and hold for another 30 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.

2. In anger: lunge forward
How it works: in case of irritation in the liver accumulate toxins, and this pose helps to get rid of them by sending certain body signals.
How to perform: make a lunge forward with the right leg so that the thigh is parallel to the floor. Place left hand on floor, raise your right hand up, rotating torso to the right and to lead the eye to a raised hand. Hold for 5 breaths and repeat on the other side.

4. Fatigue: birch
How it works: pose “birch” improves blood flow to the brain, charging you with energy.
How to perform: lie on your back, arms at your sides, palms down. Bend your knees and bring them toward your chest. Lift your legs up and straighten, supporting yourself with your hands in your lower back. Hold for 30 seconds.
