The Belarusian defense Ministry buys diesel fuel from NATO

According to the results of the electronic auction, the defense Ministry of Belarus is planning to purchase the Lithuanian company “Examed” 4 500 tons of diesel fuel of Russian origin.

Relevant information appeared this week on the official website on state procurement icetrade.by

The supplier that is registered in Vilnius, has pledged to fulfill a contract to supply Belarusian military 4, 5 thousand tons of “diesel fuel DT-3-2 class l-5” until December 2016. Moreover, as stated in the documents, the fuel is of Russian origin, and it cost the Ministry of defense of Belarus for 895 $ per ton.

In the end, the total amount of the contract amounted to just over $ 4 million.
