Government Commission on legislative activities endorsed the proposal of the Ministry of labour not to promulgate the rule on insurance pensions, suggesting a rapid increase in fixed portion of pensions to rural residents who worked in the local economy over 30 years old. About it told RBC two participants of the meeting of the Commission, noting that the law proposes to freeze until January 1, 2020. The total amount of money saved during this time amounted to 55 billion rubles.
Questioned the norm involves an annual adjustment of 25% fixed portion of old age benefits and disability of this category of citizens. By the way, the system should have been updated from 1 January 2016, but even then its action was suspended because of the crisis.
Now, according to the Agency, fixed payoff is 4559 rubles, if the norm has earned since the beginning of the year, we already would have increased to 5 700 roubles, and by 2020 — up to 11 100 rubles without taking into account indexation for inflation.
In a press-service of the Ministry of labour information about the preparation of such initiatives affirmed, noting that the postponement of the entry into force of the rules on payments already taken into account in the draft of the Pension Fund. Savings the Federal budget for the transfer of the FIU for the next three years the Agency was estimated at 55 billion rubles.
