Visual artist Pierre Jean-Louis (Pierre Jean-Louis) from the United States creates fascinating portraits of black women turning their hair in the whole galaxy.
Turning their lush, voluminous Afro hairstyles into works of art in a series of works “the Magic of black girls” (“Black Girl Magic”), Jean-Louis tries to inspire black women to be proud of their African heritage.
“I began to create these beautiful paintings last year, somewhere in September, when he became a subscriber to some of the most beautiful accounts on Instagram, which published photographs of beautiful black Queens enjoying their natural hair. I was amazed to see that so many black women finally gain confidence and accept themselves for who they are”.
