This is not the first prize Konchalovsky in Venice. In 2002, for his film “House of fools” jury awarded him a “Special prize”, then in 2014, he received the “Silver lion for best Director” (the painting “White nights postman Alexei Trapezina”). And now, in 2016, the year he was again named the best Director. The main role in the military drama “Paradise,” played his wife Julia Vysotskaya.
