Required: 1 egg, 1 tsp honey and 2 tsp olive oil.

After 10 minutes, remove with nail remnants of the mixture on hand, apply nourishing cream and put on cotton gloves.

Gelatin bath

Gelatin is a protein substance, which is an excellent tool for nail care. Two or three times a week can make a gelatin bath for weak nails.

Requires: 2 tbsp. gelatin, 2 cups of water.

Method of preparation and use. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, let the mixture cool to room temperature. Immerse her fingertips with nails for 10-15 min.

This is a very effective tool for strengthening the nail plate and improve the appearance of nails.
