Singer sting is working on creating the first in a long time, a rock album, songs which will be devoted to the problems of global warming and the resettlement of refugees. As reported by Rolling Stone, the album also includes a song dedicated to the memory of the singer Prince.

“This is the rock album that I did recently. We can say that it is a kind of compilation of all that I did,” said the singer. The album will be called 57th & 9th, according to the musician, the so-called crossroads, which he passes on the way to the recording Studio.

The album will be mainly devoted to problems of mass migration. In particular, the song Inshallah will talk about the refugees who arrive in Europe, and One Fine Day will be dedicated to those who are skeptical of climate change. As stated by sting, “the climate will be the main drivers of migration. Millions of people will be looking for a safe haven. I’m still a little upset that Britain leaves the EU without any good reason. The EU at least has a program to combat climate change”. The album also includes the song “50000”, which sting wrote a week after the death of the Prince.
