Retro cars and modern equivalents will appear on the Monterey Peninsula during the annual festival.
From the beginning of the festival an important part of Monterey week was the car with a wonderful collection, known simply as “The Quail”. Located in Lodge and Golf club, the annual show Motorsports Gathering combines the best of classic beauty the vehicle and its modern performance and it is truly a sight to behold.
The collection “The Quail” this year marked the North American debut of the Bugatti Chiron, and the world premiere of the Lamborghini Roadster. Eyewitnesses also saw the Koenigsegg Agera XS performed for the first time in the metal, and also drew attention to the stunning BMW 2002 Hommage, a concept which wears the new livery. Speaking of BMW, a huge collection Z8s came out this year at “The Quail”, in the framework of the 100th anniversary of the automaker.
This is probably the only time viewers will get to see a lot of Z8s in one place for a short period of time.
