As compensation to the relatives of the victims require Ukraine million euros
The European court of human rights (ECHR) communicated a complaint against Ukraine in the case of the collapse of the Malaysian “Boeing-777” in the East of Ukraine on 17 July 2014.
The lawsuit was filed by German nationals Elena Joppa living in Australia Lowset Tim and Chris and Denise Kenke — relatives of the dead passengers.
As compensation they require from Ukraine million euros. The complaint was filed directly before the ECtHR.
We will remind that “Boeing-777” Malaysia Airlines flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur flight MH17, was shot down on 17 July 2014 in the vicinity of Donetsk.
All 298 people on Board were killed. Most of them were citizens of the Netherlands.
Experts have published the results of the investigation, which notes that”Buk”, from which knocked “Boeing-777” under Donetsk, was delivered to Ukraine from Russia.
