Vice-champion of Ukraine Shakhtar could soon change under a temporary permit.
In may 2014 in connection with the war in the Donbass, Shakhtar is not able to play home games in his hometown – the Pitmen live and train in Kiev, and in the European Cup and championship of Ukraine in Lviv.
Last week Shakhtar” held the first home game of the championship of Ukraine in Kharkiv at the Metalist stadium, abandoned after the dissolution of the same team.
In the match against Dynamo, the Pitmen almost the first time in the last two years under the internal competitions had the numerical advantage in the stands – “Shakhtar” will continue to play in the first capital of Ukraine, not just the Premier League.
“I am confident that in the near future the European Cup matches in Kharkiv will be able to play Shakhtar Donetsk. In addition, we plan to hold international games involving the national team of Ukraine”, – says the President of the football Federation of Ukraine Andriy Pavelko.
