In September 2014 Scotland has a referendum on independence.
Scotland’s first Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced that the Scottish government will start the preparation of the legislative framework for a new referendum on independence from the UK.
Last week, she also said that the country will study public opinion on this issue.
Previously, Sturgeon said that a British exit from the European Union in a referendum held in June, is automatic output and Scotland from the EU – but this may not coincide with the opinion of the majority of the population.
In September 2014 Scotland has a referendum on independence.
Then 55% of the population voted against secession from the UK, for independence voted 45% of voters.
We will remind, Scotland in the referendum on June 23 voted to remain part of the EU. If in England Brakcet” was supported by more than 53% of voters, that in Scotland there has been only 38%.
