“According to our data, many centers are located in the zones. And there just will not come,” he said. The Bank also noted that in some of the prisons are entire call centers. “I’m not saying that they’re all created, I say that there are cases we know about them”, — he explained.
In addition, the Bank intends to lobby for amendments to the criminal code, which will complement its articles on fraud. “We want that in our legislation there was this definition of cybercrime,” — said Kuznetsov.
According to him, the amendments now are actively discussed in the Ministry of interior and relevant agencies. “I think we have all the chances to expedite this work. I think this year may be some changes,” — said Deputy Chairman of Sberbank.
Cardholders, including customers of Sberbank, often become victims of fraud. In most cases, they reveal information needed by the fraudsters: the card number, last name and last three digits on back of card (CVV2 or CVC2). In connection with the need to strengthen the protection of customer funds, Sberbank intends in two or three years to enter the identification by voice and appearance.
