Russian banks will be able soon to obtain data on the revenues of customers using SMS messages. Amendments to several legal acts will contribute to the Ministry of communications.
We add that the method of obtaining data will look as follows: the borrower applies for the loan, after some time he receives a message from the portal with a proposal to agree to the request information on the status of the personal account in the Pension Fund. In that case, if the customer will give a positive answer, the Bank receives data from the Foundation for the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, IA “SeverInform” with reference to “Izvestia”.
Recall that currently the borrowers or direct statement from the pension Fund yourself via e-mail (after receiving it from the personal Cabinet on the portal of public services), or go to the Bank, where signed consent to request information. According to the initiators, the new method will significantly reduce the time of loan disbursement.
