Dmitry Svishchev, the head of the State Duma Committee of Russia on physical culture, sports and youth Affairs, made a statement that in the near future the state Duma will introduce a bill providing for the identification of fans during sporting events.
According to Svishchev, the proposed bill will help to normalize the situation. As noted by the head of Committee GD of the Russian Federation, the majority of people go to sporting events to cheer for your favorite team and do not wish to take part in any fighting, and to be under the threat of physical violence. Dmitry Svishchev said that the sport is not inherent to fascism, racism, nationalism and violence. “We must all clear”, – said the politician.
Earlier, Arkady Dvorkovich, Deputy Prime Minister, said that it is necessary to create a black list of fans for the world Cup 2018 in Russia.
