Ukrainian captain Ruslan rotan is close to moving to Russia.
According to the unofficial website of the Dnipro midfielder Ruslan rotan in the near future will go to the club of the Russian Premier League, “Anji”, the signatory on the eve of another national team player Philip Budkovskiy. Assistance in transition of the rotan for Dnipro has a Ukrainian agent Vadim Shabliy.
