Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin has denied the claims about expensive apartment, allegedly bought them while working in the government. “The figures which appear in these disclosures, the bulldozer,’ he said in an interview with radio station “Echo of Moscow”. If they indicated that this apartment is 500 million rubles, I’ll sell for 450 with a discount to the person who said that it costs 500 million.”
“In the documents of the exchange is the sum of 31 million rubles”, — Rogozin said in response to a question on the cost of the home.
The Vice-Premier said that at the time of his invitation to work at the government he served as Ambassador and lived in Moscow, so their homes in the capital. In his appeal, the government has provided Rogozin in Tishinsky lane, which he later privatized.
After that, Rogozin said, he decided to purchase a more spacious apartment, at the same time moving closer to the children. “We were looking for an option, where would be two apartments combined — in fact as one, he said. — I changed the apartment, which was privatized at Tishinka on the apartment, which was more of a living space”.
Earlier, the Russian branch of Transparency International (TI) has published information about a certain desjatikratno luxury apartment in the residential complex “Near Dacha” on the street Starovolynskaya at an estimated cost of more than 500 million rubles, and which, under the assumption of employees TI, may belong to Dmitry Rogozin.
Referring to tax returns for 2013 and 2014 the Vice-Prime Minister and his son Alexey Rogozin, recently appointed Deputy Director of the property Department of the defence Ministry, TI stated that the family Rogozini belongs to the apartment with a total area of 346 square meters.
According to the register of the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography, in the capital there is only one such square, reports TASS.
