Monday

Tuesday

One kilogram of low-fat fresh fish boiled, divided into five meals for the day. You can add herbs and roots for flavor and taste, but again, salt – in any case. This also applies to most mixtures of spices, including salt. The fish you can eat, pouring lemon juice.

Thursday

This day should eat only vegetables. Allowed all of the vegetables in boiled or baked form. Excluded only potatoes. It is permissible to use herbs and spices (dried).

Friday

“Milk day”. Allowed any dairy and sour-dairy products low in fat. In can’t have sugar or any additives (so beware of yogurt). A valid hash-based yogurt or whey, but only with vegetables, without potatoes, without meat and without salt.

Saturday

This day, fruit. Valid all fruits, except grapes and bananas.

Sunday

Boil a little chicken broth to drain. The chicken is divided into five portions and eat during the day. To accompany the meals 2-3 cucumbers.
