It is just a disease of post-Soviet countries, where governments are trying to divide the local community, and weaken near-bottom flows of the economy.

And in another city, field of activity always busy. And these wealthy people who over time will become bankrupt, despite the largest sum received from the robbery. Such relationships are formed not immediately, they require time.
Or, for example, the phenomenon of the gold rush. Here people think that having got the nugget the size of a horse’s head, they can live happily surrounded by strangers for many years, and without mutually beneficial relations with them. Useless. No one can live rich, among the poor. Where and on what, these people spend a wealth? Sooner or later they will be bankrupt, if not will create a network of mutual assistance, which would allow the people of their community, in parallel to live economically well. For a parallel life as a single network, people no matter how rich their neighbors, they are important in their overall network, all could just live happily, and that would be all invested in one another.
Not wealthy also plans offices, doing business on some people, and to live in other places, where other wealthy people. They still have to go back to the clearing, they once devastated. Other rich people, they don’t care and wouldn’t budge, and some money to throw.
