Political inflation
Last week, the sociological Center of CIMES held in a social network “Vkontakte” traditional study of the ratings of Russian politicians. Representatives of the online audience were asked how they would vote if the presidential election were held next Sunday.
The survey was conducted from 16 to 18 April. It was attended by 63 536 the Russians, who had reached the age of majority and have the right to vote.
Again, traditionally the leading position belongs to the electoral rating of the incumbent President of the Russian Federation. For Vladimir Putin the voice would give 49% of Russian respondents. In Moscow and St. Petersburg supporters of the President were less than in Russia on average, is 48% and 47% respectively. It should be said that the Internet-the rating of Vladimir Putin has been steadily falling by about 10% per year. According to the review, respondents dissatisfied with the situation in the country is higher prices, reduced wages and pensions, corruption, permissiveness of the government, strained relations with the West, the decline of healthcare and education. Frequently, it is claimed that the economic crisis in the country has greatly exacerbated these problems.
The second position in the ranking is the Minister of defence is Sergey Shoigu. His vote would give 8.3% of the respondents. This time the rating of Sergei Shoigu has made a quantum leap compared to the previous year: then your vote for him would give only 2%. In 2014, his rating was almost 6%. Last year’s failure was most likely linked to the scandal about the house Shoigu on the ruble. As the figures show, after this “slump” reputation Shoigu became even stronger than two years ago.
LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky this time is losing its position and is only second instead of the usual third place ranking. His vote would give 8.1% of respondents. The rating Zhirinovsky traditionally “do” men, among whom the percentage of his supporters is 9%, while among women, of whom there are only 5%.
Improved its position this time Alexei Navalny. In 2014, he would give his vote less than 1% of respondents, in 2015 this figure grew to 3.2% and now amounts to 3.9%. It is worth saying that the rating Navalny this time was unusually high among respondents aged 35 to 54 years, where policy of a strong second place.
Another “habitué” of the presidential race — the leader of the CPRF Gennady Zyuganov has typed only 2,5% of the votes. His ranking among the Internet audience was also slightly higher than in previous years. Audience Zyuganov, as usual, is in the older age category. An interesting fact is that the Internet audience practically does not consider former President Dmitry Medvedev as a possible head of state. His rating was 1.8% — this is even less than that of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, for whom his voice would give 1.9% of respondents.
To the outsider this time, like last, was Sergey Mironov. Voted for him would only 0.6% of respondents.
Compared to the previous year increased the number of those who would have given his voice against all or spoiled the ballot. This year is 14.9% of Russians, in the past, the figure was 1.5% less.
